Nicholas J. Pantaleo
Of Mount Prospect

Nicholas J. Pantaleo was born January 26, 1935 in Chicago to Vito Luco and Catherine (nee Scardena) Pantaleo. He died May 12, 2017 at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights.

Nick enjoyed traveling, especially family vacations with his children in the RV. He loved fishing, camping, dancing and gambling. He was a fashionable dresser and was trendy with new technology. Nick was owner and operator of Du-Rite Home Improvement.

Nicholas is survived by his children John Pantaleo and Julie (Steve) Paul; his grandchildren Jennifer Paul and Alex Paul; his long-time companion Karen Belmonte and by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Nicholas is preceded in death by his siblings Rocco (late Joanne) Sarley, late Anna (late "Red") Caddell and the late Alex (late Shirley) Sarley and by his parents.

Visitation Friday, May 19, 2017 from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (4 blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights and Saturday at St. Edna Catholic Church, 2525 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlingto Heights  from 9:00 AM until the time of mass at 10:00 AM. Interment private.
