James Joseph O'Hara
Of Arlington Heights

James Joseph O’Hara was born on January 13, 1931 in Chicago, Illinois to Albert and Naomi (nee Gibbons) O'Hara. He died Saturday, June 17, 2017 at JourneyCare in Barrington, Illinois.

Before retiring, Mr. O'Hara was a Printer for Collins, Miller and Hutchings.

James is survived by his children Patricia (Duane) West, Theresa O'Hara, James (Marianne) O'Hara, Megan (David) Horn, Kevin (Mary) O'Hara, and Katie (Craig) Domagala; his grandchildren, Colleen (Matt Bates) West-Bates, Brian West, Patrick Kara) West, Debra O'Hara, Nicole (Parker ) McFarland, Collette Eubanks, Christopher (Jessica) Prillamen, Krista (Brett) Scottini, Shannon (Ryan) Bruess, Kelly O'Hara, Katelyn O'Hara, Jim O'Hara, Timothy O'Hara, Katie O'Hara, Roanan O'Hara, Darby O'Hara, Kevin Domagala, Connor Domagala, Erin Domagala, Grace Domagala; his great grandchildren, Parker McFarland, Mary Elizabeth McFarland, Forrest West, Logan Bates, Morrigan Bates, Addison Bruess, and Halen Bruess.

He was preceded in death by his wife Patricia Lee Weaver; his parents; his sisters Naomi (Don) Valaska and Lucille (Bill) Keller, Rita (Robert) Carroll, and his brother Albert (Dorothy) O' Hara.

Family will receive guests from 9:00 am until time of Memorial Service at 10:00 am Saturday, July 15, 2017 at Glueckert Funeral Home Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Rd., Arlington Heights, Illinois. Committal following at All Saints Cemetery, Des Plaines, Illinois.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to Alzheimer’s Association of Greater Chicago, 8430 W. Bryn Mawr Suite 800, Chicago, IL, 60631.
