Evelyn H. Worm
Of Arlington Heights  

Evelyn H. Worm was born January 31, 1937 in Shakopee, MN to Roy and Henrietta (nee Breegemann) Smith.  She died January 4, 2018 at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights.   

Evelyn was a long-time parishioner at St. Edna Catholic Church.  She was a 1954 graduate of Shakopee High School.  Evelyn enjoyed gardening, playing cards, bowling and spending time with her friends and family.    

Evelyn is survived by her husband Larry “Sonny” Worm; her children Karen Hartnett and  Ken (Lupe) Worm; her grandchildren Michael Olandese, Scott Hartnett, Shane Hartnett and Daniel Worm and by many nieces and nephews. 

Evelyn is preceded in death by her brothers Robert (Connie) Smith and Harold Smith and by her parents. 

Visitation Thursday, January 11, 2018 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road, (4 blocks south of Palatine Road) Arlington Heights and Friday, January 12, 2018 at St. Edna Catholic Church, 2525 N. Arlington Heights Road, from 9:00 AM until the time of mass at 10:00 Am.  Interment St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery.
